With over 7 years of experience and certifications in Functional Training and Group Fitness, I’ve led everything from high-intensity intervals to yoga-inspired flows. In my current classes, Tabata delivers fast-paced, high-energy intervals for maximum results in minimal time, while Yogilates offers controlled, flowing strength work that builds flexibility, balance, and core power. Both are bodyweight-focused, adaptable to any fitness level, and designed to transform how you feel – stronger, more energised, and more confident in your body and your life.
