With over 8 years of experience and certifications in Functional Training, Group Fitness and deepWORK, I’ve led everything from high-intensity intervals to yoga-inspired flows.
In my current classes, Tabata delivers fast-paced, high-energy intervals for maximum results in minimal time, while Yogilates offers controlled, flowing strength work that builds flexibility, balance, and core power. deepWORK, on the other hand, combines functional training with breath and rhythm – an intense yet mindful experience that challenges both body and mind.
All classes are bodyweight-based, adaptable to any fitness level, and designed to transform how you feel – stronger, more energised, and more confident in your body and your life.
